SMARTCorp-HRM (Human Resource Management)

SMARTCorp-HRM application maintains all employee data in a single database reducing the effort spent by human resource professionals organizing and retrieving employee specific information.  When linked with our self serve module, information can be published for access and update by employees themselves via the appropriate approval and security protocols.

The product is entirely transactional allowing for the progressive tracking of information on each employee by date of events. The product makes a clear distinction between welfare and supervisory management, and employee has to be defined within these guidelines.

SMARTCorp-HRM captures data and provides meaningful information on all aspects of human resource management; Employee, Leave, Benefits, Recruitment, Documentation, Attendance, etc.

SMARTCorp-HRM is based on modular architecture and consists of the following modules:

Applicant Administration  
Applicant Administration captures data on individuals with employment interest, collating relevant information that forms the base of decision making for prospective employment.

Employee Administration
This is where employee data are captured within the application to keep track of their personal records, education and training development.

Leave Management
This is a comprehensive leave management module with extensive possibilities of defining leave types and more. It caters for all application processes and is able to display information on leave entitlement, balance, etc. Thanks to the web-enabled self-service concepts, it significantly streamlines all leave related procedures, eliminates paperwork and saves cost as employees can apply for leave through self serve more help.

Documents Administration
Documents Administration enables the digital creation and maintenance of correspondences between the employer and employee. Documentation for employees are generated through the system, via Microsoft Office products, but maintained within the database engine as part of the overall employee single dataset.

Benefits Administration
Benefits Administration moves data between SMARTCorp-HRM and SMARTPay For Windows application. All benefits and demographic data changes originate from within the Human Resource Management application, while only deduction information may be managed directly through the Payroll.

Time & Attendance & Employee Roster Management
The Time & Attendance module allows for the migration of time attendance data into payroll applications, hence relieving users of the arduous task of manually computing hours worked and by extension, time for which payments are due.

Self- Serve
Self-serve is a powerful tool providing employees of the company with the ability to view relevant information such as personal information, updating personal information with web - enabled PC’s without having to hassle the HR staff. 

The functionality of this module spans through the entire system, making information available anywhere, anytime. Of course, all information is subject to company defined security policies, where everyone can only view the information he/she is authorized to. Time and cost saving effects from this solution are tremendous.
