Our firm conviction is that altering proven systems and procedures to conform to expensive off-the-shelf overseas software packages is counterproductive. To this end we market a range of products specially developed for our local industries.

The company’s broad range of services includes:

    Software applications are developed using current object oriented programming standards. Complex security protocols are employed to ensure access to the system and the dataset is adequately protected given the exposure faced by virtue of the platform across which the application will be published.
    Computer hardware sales and service.
    In an aim to provide a full service to our clients, computer hardware may be sourced and sold if necessary. The Comprehensive Full Service Maintenance (CFSM) and Preventative Maintenance Servicing (PMS) seek to provide for a systematic risk free approach to the managing and maintaining computer equipment in proper working order. In essence, these products seek to provide the insurance of minimal equipment downtime and by extension continued productivity.
    Training of end users in system utilization.
    Training in the operation and maintenance of the software solution is done as may be reasonably required. It may be conducted at the principal place of business or any other site as mutually agreed on. Training is usually performed on a “hands on” basis using the actual system and/or applicable user manuals.
    Communications, network design and implementation.
    Our technical team offers support to assist an organization with establishing a practical and efficient networking protocol and structure and also supports same whether local area or wide area.
    Operational management of your Computer Services Department.
    Guidance is given to the Customer Service Department to maintain and/or assist with the delivery of updates where necessary.
