Time Keeper & Time Clock Interface

Time Keeper and Time Clock Interface are modules within SMARTPay For Windows that allow you to better manage time and attendance while increasing productivity and efficiency within your organization. It makes your time and attendance data management much easier while saving considerable time and effort.

Time Keeper

Time Keeper one of the many modules offered within SMARTPay for Windows, is used to record, maintain and report on employee’s time entries. The module offers the user the ability to capture the actual times worked by the employee and then collates these hours to produce a net time to which a rate of pay is applied. The module allows for multiple time transaction entries within a work day. Time Keeper manages overtime computation on a forty (40) hour week or eight (8) hour work day basis which is defined by the user. Advantages include a reduction of user errors, reduction in payroll processing time and a reduction in payroll processing cost.

Time Clock Interface

Time Clock Interface module works along with Time Keeper allowing for employee times to be imported. The module allows for the tracking of employee punch times interactively and features an easy to use interface between Time Clock and SMARTPay For Windows.
